Toronto Kitchen Renos is a kitchen and bathroom renovation contractor based in Toronto, Ontario, serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area. We are licensed under the City of Toronto (Municipal Licensing & Standards) and carry liability and WSIB insurance as required by Ontario regulations.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.
- Use the website to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.

The free in-home consultation we provide includes measurement, scope discussion, and an initial design conversation. Quotations issued following the consultation are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
All renovation work is governed by a separate written contract that takes precedence over website content. The contract details scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and conditions specific to your project.
4. Pricing on this website
Price ranges, cost estimates, and example pricing shown on this website are for general guidance only. Actual project pricing is determined at the in-home consultation based on your specific kitchen, scope, and material selections. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
5. Renovation services
Our services include kitchen renovation, custom kitchen cabinets, condo kitchen renovation, kitchen design, bathroom renovation, and related work. The scope of any project is defined in the executed contract. Services are subject to:
- Site access and condo board or municipal approvals where required.
- Material availability and supplier lead times.
- Force majeure events outside our control (severe weather, supply disruptions, etc.).
6. Warranties
Our standard warranties (subject to the terms of the executed contract):
- Cabinet craftsmanship: 10 years from install date.
- Installation labour: 2 years from install date.
- Hardware: per manufacturer warranty (typically lifetime for Blum / Blumotion).
Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use. They exclude damage from misuse, water damage from undetected leaks, modifications outside our scope, and ordinary wear and tear.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:
- The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
- Renovation project liability is limited as specified in the executed contract.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, designs, and code — is owned by Toronto Kitchen Renos or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
